2007 was a good year for Hiolle Industries'group with a consolidated turnover of 81,066 K €, which means an increase by 21.01 % according to 2006. More than a mere turnover growth, the operational profit was 7,322 K € (9.03 % of the turnover) and the net profit was 4,934 K€ (6.09 % of the turnover). The turnover growth fulfilled the objectivesThe turnover growth was due to an internal growth and to external business over the last 6 months of 2006 by acquiring Apegelec Industrie, Cetam Automatismes and Rhéa. For the year 2007, the percentage due to those new subsidiaries was 30% of the total group turnover, which represented 24,774 K€. In 2007, the first of April, SODIMAT joined the group. Its turnover was 8,861 K €. At the same time, 2007 was a year of internal development thanks to the creation of new subsidiaries specialized in renewable energies. In Octobre, was born HIOLLE Energies and CLIPS’Hiolle. This new sector would offer to the group an important turnover growth for 2008. |

The Environment sector is present in business such as:
In 2007, the "Environment" sector represented some 18 % of the total turnover, what means a decrease from 29,376 K€ in 2006 to 14,822 K€ in 2007. This rundown was due to the end of alignment of UIOM to regulations. They reached 15,590 K€ in 2006.
Water treatment sector maintained its level according to 2006: 4,144 K€ in 2007 and 4,223 K€ in 2006.
In 2007, the TEAM's Turbine sector was boosted thanks to the creation of a new workshop exclusively dedicated to this sector in the north of France (near Valenciennes). The turnover reached 2,175 K€ in 2007 and we expect an increase by 50% for 2008.
In 2007 we developed a new strategic axis with solar energy and the realization of very important export projects in domestic waste treatment sector. After an unsurprising decrease of the environment sector, 2008 is expected to be a "green" year.

With more than 80% of the global turnover (66,243 K€), the industrial services sector knew a very notable increase in 2007.
In 2007, formwork activity led the industrial services sector with a turnover of 19,385 K € instead of 10,367 K€ in 2007. The boom of the building activity make us sure of a high turnover and a controlled profitability for many years.
In 2007, the railways sector confirmed its development. Europ Maintenance, Cetam automatismes and Europ Usinage reached a turnover of 17,018 K€ instead of 7,679 K€ in 2006. Europ Maintenance which is charged of maintenance and after sales service reached an internal rate upper than 8%.
Finally, it is interesting to note the performance of some niche activities such as Thermival which reached an internal rate higher than 15%.
2007 was a transition year. During this year, many ambitious projects according to Environment or Services sector were born. In spite of significant costs for development and innovation, the net profit was conformed to its objectives with a higher rate of 6%.
The capital increase adopted on 2007, the 18 th of April by public offering allowed a fundraising of 19,627,200 K€. HIOLLE Industries' Common equity are over 39,504 K€ and the net balance is 7,916 K€.
The global estimated turnover for 2008 will be higher with an organic growth of 10 % affected by two major transfer operations and by developing solar sector. Regarding external growth, we will acquire at least two units in 2008. All those operations will lead to a sustained turnover growth.
