Metallic construction sector: Euroconcept has been totally reorganized and 2 flame & plasma cutting centers have been settled. They are able to cut steel plates with important thickness range.

metalworks repairing or "metal surgery" : for 25 years, this original process which links 2 broken pieces by inserting bars has prouved its efficiency.

Precision manufacturing : about 12 manufacturing centers fitted with digital-driven, a metrology room fitted with a three-dimensional equipment to control and more than 2000 measuring instruments linked with a calibration chain, BNM. This performing workshop can be useful in Public Works sector or Railway industry or Textile factories…

Railway : Europ’maintenance’s teams work all around France. They assure maintenance and railway after-sales service :

Industrial maintenance : from preventive maintenance to recovery, all the industrial sectors are concerned. Interventions are planned on sites, plant sustainments, repairing , material modernizations (workshop or building site), after-sales service contract.

Industrial electricity and automatism : Compliance assessments, low tension wiring, golem programming.

Industrial tubing and plumbing : survey, pre manufacturing, assemblying and testing on site. Our speciality : incineration plants. Some 30 employees work in France and Belgium.

Mechanic : as the group owns a workshop specialized in general mechanic, it can react very quickly.

Metallurgical control and thermal treatment : Thermival has a laboratory fitted with very sophisticated means to realize destructive and non-destructive testings ( pulling machine, "mouton pendule Charpy", microscopes, macroscopes, mobil stéthoscope, control instrument ultrasonic sounds). It also realizes vertical thermal treatments until 1200°C ( standardization, quenching, "revenu", "hypertrempe", "recuit" and "détentionnement"…).

Logistics : HIOLLE Industries’ has developped a multimodal platform (80 000 m²). it is used by supercenters but also can be used for any kind of logistics needs such as transfers.

Electronics : specialized in creation and realization of electronic systems for specific applications, Rhéa Electronique can realize CAD surveys and electronic tracks development. (all steps) |
