"BRAVO L’ENTREPRISE"

Since many years, the Valenciennes area 's UIMM has organized "Bravo l'Entretprise". It has to do with a partnership contract between the company and a group of secondary school. The teenagers and the company draw up an enduring relation of partnership in order to achieve together a project which aims are:

• the company can explain its business, its production modes, its achievements and sensitise the teenagers to industrial works with an environmental behaviour.
• teenagers can act into the company to know and explain to their friends how the labouring world works on. For the school year 2007/2008 the secondary school of Aulnoye,  Madame d’Epinay, analyses with HIOLLE Industries' group how to set up photovoltaic solar receptors on school roof. Electric consumption survey of the building, school mock-up with photovoltaic panels, financing plan … 

SYNEO

In 2007, HIOLLE Industries' group represented by Denis WAUTIER became member of SYNEO governing board. SYNEO is an association dedicated to federate institutional and economic actors, associative and agricultural worlds, training and education sectors in order to found an excellence centre to sustainable development in Nord Pas de Calais. More generally, to combine partner competences to create a synergy about public interest, economic incomes, research, novation and training. Task groups were created in 2007 to "build SYNEO offer": initiative, financing, governance, communication, transversality. Many group's employees took part in 2007 with that spirit.

JADDE

On 2007, November the 15 th, JADDE (Sustainable Development Days and Companies) committee organization staged for the fourth successive year a great event about Sustainable Development  issues at Lille CCI's.

At this event, HIOLLE Industries' group, represented by Denis WAUTIER, explained its experience during two symposiums:

• Eco Innovation : how to win new markets by innovating with Sustainable Development.
• Plenary symposium : Sustainable Development, strategic issues, competitive factor and opportunities.

HIOLLE Industries is involved in local sport associations. It sponsors clubs were employees are licensed. Several times a year, HIOLLE Industries' group offers to its employees to go to sport meetings.

Associations helping disabled persons and disadvantaged families are not forgotten. Lately, the group donated to an association caring autistic children and also donated to an association of rehabilitation professionals..
