The north of France and mainly the Valenciennes district centralises an important railway location with two major names : Bombardier and Alsthom Transports.
Inside this strategic location, Hiolle Industries has extended since 1998 its multidisciplinary activities in that sector : maintenance, wiring, electric repairing, retrofit and filling of new coaches, automatism and after-sales service.
We dispose of specific teams bringing together some 100 technicians. They act all over France. Each technician has a notebook to connect with the coach computer system and detect immediatly the trouble.
Actions take place in SNCF or RATP sites or at the two major customers’ (alsthom and Bombardier) or inside our warehouse. We have nearly a 20,000 m2 enclosed site linked to the railtrack.
HIOLLE Industries’ developped its turnover in such sector by manufacturing, for example, structure pieces for passenger modules or wheel trucks. Those pieces were exported to Caracas (metro), China, Tibet …

With a consolidated turnover near 8 million euros for the full year 2005 , the company continues to target double digit growth. Railway sector represents more than 11%.
