Formation

Formation of young people has always been our priority.  Every year some work-based learnings are subscribed (apprenticeship and professionalization) in the majority of our subsidiaries. Then, senior workers could leave and being substituted by experienced young people.

Employees can study refresher courses oriented to new technologies. We will continue offering qualitative services.







Research and Development

"Innovation in order to serve you better". This sentence is our leitmotiv. We want to adapt ourselves to the market, to its changes. We know we have to find new solutions for every issue of the current industry, above all according to environmental preservation.

Some recent examples :

  • Elaboration of a specific process for chemical treatment of a "corps d’armement"
  • Research, development and manufacturing of a particular manufacturing process for superalloy segments
  • Elaboration of a curved formwork.
