Since July of 2007, HIOLLE Industries' group has been working with a new governance mode. From this date, there has been two decision-making bodies:

"Dear shareholders,
Thanks to the two external growth realized at the beginning of 2008 and the boom of sectors such as "Energy" and "Photovoltaic", the group is strengthening its growing position. Traditional sectors such as "Services" and "Environment" are also knowing a growth period. They profit by our subsidiaries competences and by surveys conduced in 2007, year of transition.
On 2007, the 13 th of September at L'Elysée, we explained our objective: duplicate the firm size (according to 2006). Yet, we can note the first signs.
Of course, such growth needs a very strict management and a total harmonisation which are entirely and well conducted by the Board of Directors. More than ever, I have to congratulate the men and women who work inside the group. They are those who produce and reach the objectives. They are always ready to face a new challenge."

Since 2007, July you've been nominated president of the board of directors. Could you explain what has happened since this event?
2007 was a very intense year of transition. Succeeding to Jean-Michel HIOLLE, a man who embodies thirty years of a life group, was not very easy. This transition has occurred very serenely with enthusiasm and a team spirit combining cleverly History, Development and group Finance.
What are HIOLLE Industries' objectives for the next years?
On 2007, the 2nd of July, when we created the board of directors, we took up the challenge of duplicate the 2006 group turnover, while maintaining or improving the net profit. During that period, we have established relationship, financial and technical tools so as methods to reach this goal thanks to organic growth, new business and external growth operations. We strongly aspire to develop each group sectors towards all kind of Sustainable Development activities. We aim to achieve that goal by respecting and listening every employee working in that field and with a constant notion of innovation.
Why is Hiolle industries involved by Sustainable Development ?
The answer is very easy to do: As each actor of the group is personaly convinced by Sustainable Development, HIOLLE Industries has decided to commit to Sustainable Development.
