Safety / Hygiene / Environment

Safety is the main important topic for Hiolle Industries Direction and for every one of its subsidiaries. As Hiolle industries group attaches a great importance to working conditions, it has decided to improve its risk prevention policy and global organisation in order to increase employee's well being. Demanded for the major part of its customers, this approach has become a major condition of its development. It is a strategic plan which consequences will be an evolution according to working methods and management approach. For the moment, 4 group firms have been preparing the MASE label (Manual of Safety Improvement inside Firms).

The MASE norms for those firms will lead to :

• Make clear the relation between external firm and user firm. Thanks to the nature of our business, we know very well such relation.
• a specific management (and in constant improvement) for hygiene, safety and environment.
• Make everybody accountable, whatever its function.
• Improve working conditions on site and on customer site.

The group aims at developing such approaches next to each subsidiary

Marie Fintz’ portrait

Marie Fintz joined the group to be the HEQ manager (Hygiene, Environment, Safety). As she is an engineer, her first action was to adapt the HEQ group policy on Pont Sur Sambre site. Now she is implementing MASE labels inside the group and assisting subsidiaries according to safety.
